Booking, Deposit & Change Policies: ^A $200 per person deposit for Level 1 tours and a $350 per person deposit for Level 2 tours is required at time of booking to secure space and savings on a Trafalgar tour; see full list of trips and levels. If changes to the booking are made prior to the final payment date, no fees are charged; the guest is responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions as applicable to the new trip and/or departure date. Should the booking be cancelled before the final payment date, a credit of $200 or equivalent currency per person, or the amount of your tour-only deposit whichever is less, will be issued and is valid for up to five years from date of cancellation. This credit cannot be used as a deposit against future booking and can only be used as a credit against final payment. Only one credit per person can be applied to each booking. If a booking is cancelled after final payment, cancellation fees and charges will be incurred per the booking conditions.
