Black Friday
Save 30% on select 2025 departures as featured on trafalgar.com as “Black Friday Daily Deal” or up to 15% on select 2025 departures featured as “Black Friday Deal”. Offers are valid on new bookings only made between 01 November 2024, and 05 December 2024. Doorbuster Deals must be booked and paid in full at time of booking. Black Friday Deals must book with deposit and paid in full 120 days prior to departure or at time of booking if booked within 120 days of departure. Savings valid on the land-only portion of select itineraries and departures are not valid on airfares or extra night's accommodations. Minimum number of guests required to operate departures. If guests change to another tour or date not on sale, they are responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions; discounts are not transferrable. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Doorbuster Deals are not combinable with any other discounts or promotions including Global Tour Reward savings or referral discount or credits. General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train vacations, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

Multi-Tour Deals:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours with a duration of 6-days or less, tours that fully operate as cruise and/or train tours (subject to change). Saving only applies to the land portion of the trip, which excludes extra night accommodations, internal air portion of a trip, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and Chargeable Airport Transfers.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.

Kids & Teens Deals:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Deals per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.
To qualify for the discount Kids & Teens must be between the following ages based on travel destination:

Asia: 5-11

Africa: 6-11 (Some tour exceptions apply)

Australia and New Zealand: 5- 15

Family Experiences: 5-17

Latin America: 5-17 (Costa Rica 5-12, Galapagos Cruises 5-11)

USA & Canada: 5-17

VIP door-to-door UK private airport transfers:
The private UK door-to-door transfer service is available to a party of three or fewer people, from one address per booking, living in mainland UK. An additional vehicle will be necessary for larger parties and further supplementary charges may apply. For any journeys more than 150 miles, a supplementary cost for additional mileage will apply and will be advised at the time of booking. Mileage is based on journey information from www.maps.google.co.uk. When taking the door-to-door service on our Family Experiences holidays, a larger vehicle may be required. This will be advised at the time of booking and supplementary costs may apply. We cannot guarantee that any of our vehicles will have child seats available. This service is excluded from tours starting/ending in London.

Global Tour Rewards:
Past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new tour booking with any of the aforementioned brands (Brendan Vacations is only sold in USA and Canada. AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys are not sold in Asia and South Africa.) The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple tour discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveller Discounts and is not in addition to. Other conditions may apply.
